Property(S): AppsInUseSilentAbort = A process is running that cannot be shut down by Setup. If available, please run ISScript.msi, or contact your support personnel for further assistance. It seems to be looking for the transform you made -> Property(S): ISSCRIPT_VERSION_MISSING = The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine. I am also thinking there is a mapped drive that the windows 7 machines are not mapped to in order for setup to get any required base files to perform the uninstall of the older version so it can upgrade. If this is the PRO version then there maybe a visual C++ runtime missing.
Can you tell me if the Windows 10 machines and Windows 7 machines have the same versions of the Visual C + + runtimes installed? Also, I am not sure if this is the Pro version or the free DC reader you are trying to update?
